From Why to What

Throughout our life we shift from one stage to another. Sometimes these changes are planned, like graduating from high school and other times they are not, like losing a job to down sizing.

The between time is a period of uncertainty. Uncertainty is not bad, it is ambiguous.

You can feel anxious, which is often a result of feeling threatened or fearing a change or you can be curious, which is an anticipation and excitement for the next thing.

Having a coach can help you identify the threats and opportunities during transitions and help ensure you focus on what the possibilities are and don’t dwell on why is this happening to me?
