Welcome!

With 50+ years of experiences initiated at times with serious consideration and at other times a substantial lack thereof, I’ve come to the simple realization that living a life well-lived is a rather good way of going about things once you’ve worked out what well-lived means to you.

This site is a preservation of thoughts and observations for you to traverse and consider at your own pace. It is organized like a compass beginning in the north with the Self, which is inclusive of who I am or who you are, and the world in which we live and function. In the east is Agency, how we act with intention to shape our world. The south is the Journey, where we are going based on where we’ve been and where we desire to be. And, the west is Meaning, why we are and what we do, matters.

Appreciating experiences and being grateful for what I have in my life are staples of my being. I am a high hope person with an enduring love of learning driven by my curiosity. I strive to be honest and humble.

You can navigate the site in the manner of a which way book. Scroll to the bottom of the page and pick where you want to go next.

I am a ‘Resilient Seeker.’ Walking, reading, writing, thinking creatively, and sharing my knowledge and experience with others is when I am most in my element.

There is no right path to follow, but the place to start is here. Pick a direction and see where it takes you, enjoy!
