Clarity in Growth

By

With optical devices we need to focus in order to see objects more clearly. The sharper the focus the more detail we see.

In life we are often asked what do you want? This could be in school, work, a partner, income, savings, etc.

Many times a general answer is given and the more thought and consideration one gives the more clarity there is to what exactly you want. You become more specific in the detail of what you want.

Often you get to what you want by declaring what you don’t want and see what is left.

What you think you want and what you actually need may not be one and the same. Similarly what you think you want and what you really want might differ as well.

A coach can help you develop a landscape for your life. This includes the different elements that make up your being whether you want them to or not. These are in and out of your control.

A coach can then help you navigate your landscape by determining what you want and need. Together and with alignment, you can build a plan to get it.

This plan will consider the landscape and focus on the desired want and do so with detail as available recognizing the known knowns, known unkowns and respecting there will be unknown unkowns to be aware of.

While moving forward there will never be complete clarity, but more and more clarity will be achieved and you and your coach can make adjustments as needed.

Having a coach can help you focus on the real desire and not be distracted by others. The coach will help you zoom in to see the target and pull back to see the landscape as you move forward all the while.
