The Life Compass Alignment Framework

The Life Compass Alignment is a framework to assist one who desires to live a life well-lived. In the Treatise on Living a Life Well-Lived, I explain that the Life Compass Dialectic is my approach.

The Framework is a practical guide for personal growth to improve your life through a holistic approach based on personal sovereignty which aligns your personal being and professional being, collectively, your Current Self and work toward achieving your True Self, who you want to be. This is accomplished by combining emotional intelligence principles, positive psychology, and nutrition and exercise with project management best practice.

How It Works

All of this is done through a process that identifies what one values and considers their character strengths, defines what they value and why, and then utilizes a framework to assess their stability through core needs of safety and survival.

With this in place the individual identifies activities to foster growth opportunities, helps right order activities based on effort and value, provides measurement of progress, and results in working toward becoming one’s true self in an effort to live life to its fullest and find contentment and joy in doing so.

Sessions

The self-guided registrants may opt to purchase individualized one to one coaching to supplement their learning and to assist in staying on course.

The two basic coaching options are available: a weekly check-in and once monthly session; or sessions on-demand.
