I decided to start Resilient Seeker Life Coaching in direct response to my life experiences as a married father of two daughters who suffered the loss of a parent to terminal cancer, had alcohol use disorder, related health issues, a divorce, job and career change and came through it all without the need of prescription medications, therapy, or professional counseling.
Further, I lost 40 pounds without a trainer or gym membership, improved my diet and nutritional intake without following a diet plan or using a dietician or nutritionist. Today, I’ve gained some muscle weight and am at a good weight for myself carrying around 8% body fat.
I reduced my stress and anxiety, improved my sleep, and found my heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen flow all improve.
I put my life at a higher risk than it ought to have been.
How did I transform myself in less than one year?
At my low point, I decided to give serious consideration to why? Why was I doing what I was doing? This led me to question who my true self was and what would give me contentment to the point that I would be able to honestly say that I was living a well-lived life.

I now describe my true-being as a “Resilient Seeker.” A resilient seeker embraces personal sovereignty in the pursuit of personal and professional development, while maintaining core values in order to live a life well-lived.
The pursuit of finding my True Self, led to my development of the Life Compass Alignment Program and the decision to share what I’ve learned by creating Resilient Seeker Life Coaching.
What People are Saying:
“Interesting presentation by Ross Nunamaker looking at the story of Kullervo and how it informed Tolkien’s tragic Turin in the Children of Hurin.“
The Athrabeth Podcast on Ross’ Oxonmoot 2024 Presentation.
My ‘simple’ goal is to share my personal experience and learning with others through Resilient Seeker Coaching and its proprietary Life Compass Alignment Program, which constitutes six sessions, in order for you to understand your True Self and find growth opportunities to become who you want to be.
